01Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of astrozenio.com ("the site") and any content, products, or services offered through it (together, "the services"). By using the site, signing up for an email list, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the services.
02What we offer
Astrozenio publishes editorial content on astrology, identity, and personal patterns. We offer:
- Cosmic Mirror Profiles. Free identity-first profiles for each of the twelve zodiac signs, delivered after email signup.
- Digital products. Paid products including Activation Kits, Compatibility Cheat Sheets, Codexes, and other digital downloads.
- Email content. Welcome sequences, sign-specific newsletters, and product announcements sent to subscribers.
- Future services. We may add new products and services over time, including a subscription tier and physical merchandise.
03Email and account
To receive a Cosmic Mirror Profile or purchase a product, you provide your email address. By signing up, you agree to receive emails from us related to the content you signed up for. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of each email.
You are responsible for keeping your email address current and for any activity that occurs through your address.
04Purchases and refunds
All purchases are processed by our payment partner Digistore24 GmbH (Germany), which acts as the reseller of record for our digital products. When you make a purchase, you enter into a contract with Digistore24 for the purchase of the product, and Digistore24 handles payment, EU VAT compliance, and refunds.
Refund window: We offer a 30-day refund window on digital product purchases. If you are not satisfied with a product, request a refund within 30 days of purchase through Digistore24 or by emailing us, and we will issue a full refund.
This refund window is in addition to any statutory rights you may have under EU consumer protection law. We do not require a reason for a refund within the 30-day window.
Some EU consumer law allows you to waive your statutory 14-day cancellation right for digital products in exchange for immediate access. Digistore24 handles this disclosure during checkout. Our 30-day refund window operates independently of, and in addition to, that statutory right.
05Astrology disclaimer
Astrozenio publishes editorial content about astrology, personality patterns, and self-reflection. This content is offered for entertainment, self-exploration, and personal insight only.
Our content is not a substitute for professional advice. Nothing on this site or in any of our products constitutes:
- Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Psychological or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Legal advice.
- Financial, investment, or business advice.
- Career counselling.
- Relationship counselling.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need professional guidance, please consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction. Astrology is one lens for understanding yourself. It is not a substitute for the lenses provided by trained professionals.
06Intellectual property
All content on the site, including text, design, graphics, code, audio, and video, is owned by Astrozenio or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
When you purchase a digital product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that product for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share our digital products with others.
- Reproduce or republish our content on any other website, social media account, or publication without prior written permission.
- Use our content to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
- Remove or alter any copyright or attribution notices.

07User conduct
When using the site or interacting with our content, you agree not to:
- Use the services for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any related systems.
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the site, including by introducing viruses, malware, or excessive automated traffic.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Harvest or collect data about other users.
- Use our services in any way that could harm us, our users, or any third party.
08Disclaimer of warranties
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the services, including their accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, or suitability for any particular purpose.
Astrology-based content reflects editorial interpretation. We do not warrant that the patterns described in our profiles will apply to every individual, or that following any guidance offered will produce any specific outcome.
09Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astrozenio and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under EU consumer law.
10Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time if you breach these Terms or if we believe your conduct poses a risk to us, other users, or third parties.
You may stop using the services at any time. Unsubscribing from our email list is the simplest way to end your relationship with us. Refunds for past purchases are governed by section 04.
11Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania, except where mandatory EU consumer protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
12Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
